Ordering

For your convenience, we have outlined the basic ordering procedure.

Determining the right flowform first starts with assessing your situation and desired application. After that, it is up to whatever your imagination, space, and budget will allow. The possibilities are endless! To activate an order, we require a minimum 50% deposit- payment in full upon delivery/pick-up or before shipment. We do accept all major credit cards over the phone. Unless otherwise indicated, most flowform orders are custom made and require a minimum of two weeks lead time before delivery, but can take up to four to six weeks for larger orders.

Office Hours: Our general office hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, and occasionally Saturdays. Due to the nature of our business, we may not always be around or be able to hear the phone, so please know that we will get back to you as soon as possible. For sales and ordering information, please call 707 888 2404.
Holidays: Our scheduled off times are May 6-11, August 8-18, December 14-Jan 2. Other calandar holidays apply.

Please note that the Turqoise Blue, Sandstone Red, and Earthen Gold incur a 5% increase on the total flowform price








Finish options Our flowforms come in two styles of finish- the basic Cream finish, and a polished finish, which incurs a 10% increase of the retail price.

  • The standard Cream finish has a uniform, sleak appearance
  • The polished finish exposes the aggregate of the concrete, giving the flowform a speckled, granite like apperance. Diamond polishing gives the flowform a smooth, water-worn texture, and is a unique enhancement to our products.

    Pricing and Purchasing

    Each flowform has its base price listed on its individual product page, plus the additional option rates. Please refer to individual product page for greater detail. After a decision of form, style and quanity is reached a quote will be issued by CFA stating flowform costs, as well as shipping and installation details. For smaller sales (under $1,000) simply an invoice for product and delivery will be emailed.

For all non-local customers, shipping is assessed per order. Contact us for an estimate.

Delivery:
We provide a delivery service for local customers in the Northern California Region- delivery assessed per order depending on size and distance.

Pick-up:
Customers have the option of picking up their flowforms directly from our production studio. This option removes crating and shiping costs. Customers are responsible for handling of flowforms once they leave the studio.

Installation & Design:
Most Flowforms require a pump and additional equipment. CFA can provide these according to each order. Installation service is available locally and calculated seperately. For consultation and design we charge $75/hr for work beyond the initial sales conversation. On-site advise for installation is considered design time. CFA works with a number of contractors and designers, and may have someone in your area we can recommend if this service is required. We will work in concert with the installer to assist completion of your flowform project.
